When you use information, either from the Internet or elsewhere, do you ‘copy and paste’ it into your own report without giving it the proper attribution? If yes, you could be committing an offence called plagiarism. If you’re caught plagiarising then you could face dire consequences in School. It is best that you learn to avoid plagiarising. In this course, you will learn the dangers of plagiarism and techniques to avoid plagiarism such as note-taking, paraphrasing and citation.
