In this seminar meant for cataloguers, you will learn how to assign name headings using Name Authority Records and identify variants according to the rules.

There will be plenty of opportunities to post questions, discuss issues and show illustrations on corporate and conference names.

Requirements

For the hands-on session, participants should already have access to Cataloguer’s desktop and Connexion databases. As an alternative, hard copy of the relevant tools will be used as reference.
