Do you find yourself ‘copy-and-pasting’ information from the Internet? Now, do you know that if you don’t attribute the source of information, you could be committing an offence? An offence called plagiarism?

In this course, you’ll learn how to avoid the pitfalls of plagiarism. You’ll learn how to take notes and cite sources using accepted standards. This way, you not only will avoid committing an offence but also will improve your grades!

  • Use notes taking and paraphrasing techniques to avoid plagiarism
  • Cite information sources using either MLA or APA citation styles
  • Create a reference list of bibliography for their project work using appropriate citation styles and techniques
