National Library Board (NLB): NLB oversees both the National Library as well as the Public Libraries. It ensures that library users have access to a rich array of information services and resources that are convenient, accessible and relevant. NLBA is the training arm of NLB. National Library (NLS): NLS or reference library has evolved in tandem with the development of Singapore. The reference library is now called Lee Kong Chian Reference Library, in honour of Lee Kong Chian’s legacy and support. Some of NLBA trainers come from NLS. View the details via http://www.nl.sg/.

Public Libraries (PLS):PLSprovides a professional and engaging public library service to Singaporeans in their pursuit of lifelong learning and discovery through the network of Public Libraries (including three regional libraries) located conveniently across Singapore. Cybrarian Ventures Private Limited (CVPL): CVPL. a wholly-owned company of National Library Board Singapore (NLB), is the international arm for exporting NLB's library development and management expertise, experience, products and services worldwide. International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA): IFLA is a leading international body representing the interests of library and information services and their users. Some of NLBA trainers present papers at this platform. View the details via http://www.ifla.org/.

Infolit Global: On behalf of United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), IFLA created this database to record information literacy materials from around the world, of which NLBA is the country representative for Singapore. Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians (CONSAL): CONSAL promotes library and information development in South-East Asia. Some of NLBA trainers present papers at this platform. View the details via http://www.consal.org/.

Library Association of Singapore (LAS): LAS promotes the development and use of libraries and information centres in Singapore, and the professionalism of librarians through its programmes. Some of NLBA trainers are members of LAS. View the details via http://www.las.org.sg/.

Singapore Integrated Library Automation Services (SILAS): SILAS serves as a National Bibliographic Database (NBD). It also serves as a National Union Catalogue (NUC) showing which libraries in Singapore have a particular title, books by an author or reference material on certain subjects.
